The Doctor of Philosophy program in Artificial Intelligence for Business Analytics aims to produce high-quality doctoral graduates in Artificial Intelligence for Business Analytics. Graduates will be able to apply their expertise in artificial intelligence and information technology to produce outstanding academic work and top-notch professional work.

Note: The PhD program is a full-time program. The Faculty provides research space for all students whose advisors do not have their own research rooms. Students whose advisors have their own research rooms may conduct research in the advisor's room. For thesis topics, students must report directly to their advisors.

Program Status
This is a new program, inaugurated in 2021, scheduled to begin in January 2022.
Eligibility Requirements
1. Must hold a Master's degree or equivalent, or a Bachelor's degree with honors. Requirements are in accordance with the Institute's Regulations on Graduate Studies, B.E. 2022.
2. Must possess the following additional qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field from an institution accredited by the Civil Service Commission (OCSC).
OR
A Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (applicants must have at least 15 credits in computer science) from an institution accredited by the Civil Service Commission (OCSC).
Selection of Applicants
For admission to the doctoral program, applicants must submit English test scores from an English testing institute. Passing the written test will result in an interview. In addition to the written test and interview, students must provide a letter of recommendation from a faculty member certifying them as thesis advisors to be eligible for admission.
Education System
The academic year is divided into two regular semesters, one of which is a regular semester. The duration of study is no less than 15 weeks. The summer semester is based on a proportional period comparable to a regular semester. The arrangement of special semesters (summer semesters) is subject to the approval of the Academic Affairs Committee on a case-by-case basis.

Duration of Study
Students may complete the required course credits within a maximum of six academic years.
Evaluation Process
Grading criteria shall be in accordance with the King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang's Regulations on Graduate Studies, B.E. 2565.
Completion
Graduation criteria shall be in accordance with the regulations of King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang on graduate studies, 2022, and the regulations of King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang on English proficiency for graduated students, 2017.
